How to access your ServusInsights reporting through the powered-by-Sisense mobile app for Apple & Android devices, or via a web browser on your phone

ServusInsights is powered by a robust commercial business intelligence platform from Sisense Software.

Sisense has released a native mobile app for iOS & Android devices that will enable ServusConnect clients with current user credentials the ability to access Insights on their mobile devices. Alternatively, you can use a web browser (Chrome, Safari, etc.) on your phone to access a similar version of the dashboard.

Getting Started

Since your access to the data in ServusInsights is controlled by the ServusConnect application, you must follow these instructions at least once to establish your user account connection to the data.

Step 1

Log into ServusConnect at https://app.servusconnect.com/

If passwords have been forgotten, they can be reset here: https://app.servusconnect.com/users/password/new .  A new user account can be obtained by contacting support@servusconnect.com.

Step 2

Navigate to the ServusInsights dashboard using the “Insights” link on the left hand menu in ServusConnect.

It may take 10-20 seconds to load the first time, so be patient while the data populates the dashboard. If any problems loading the dashboard, please contact support@servusconnect.com.

OK, that was easy, now for future visits you can use Option A: Sisense Mobile or Option B: Web Browser Access

Option A: Sisense Mobile

Sisense Mobile connects you to your dashboard anytime, anywhere on your Android or iPhone mobile devices. Sisense Mobile decreases time to insight with an intuitive UI, search bar for locating dashboards, and responsive visualizations; You can explore your dashboards with simple gestures optimized to let you dive deep into your data or apply filters to view the data you want.

To download the Sisense Mobile App for your device, click the relevant link below according to your version of Sisense.

Supported Phones and Operating Systems:

  • iPhone – Requires iOS 9 or later, Supported iPhone 5 device or higher.
  • Android – Requires Android versions 4.4 or later.

Logging In

Step 1

When you first launch Sisense Mobile, you will be prompted to enter a server address. Type “insights.servusconnect.com” in the field.

Step 2

The next screen you encounter will prompt you to log into ServusConnect. Type in your ServusConnect username – this is the one you use to log into https://app.servusconnect.com

Step 3

Once you are logged in, your available dashboards will show up on left side of the screen. Just tap the dashboard to open and start navigating your data.

Option B: Web Browser Access

Sisense also works within your mobile phone web browser of your choice, on your Android or iPhone mobile devices. It is personal preference whether you use the native app or the web browser to access ServusInsights, so we recommend trying both and seeing what you like.

Step 1: Open your web browser app on your device.

Step 2: Open this link: https://insights.servusconnect.com/app/main#/home

Step 3: The next screen you encounter will prompt you to log into ServusConnect. Type in your ServusConnect username – this is the one you use to log into https://app.servusconnect.com

Step 4:  Once you are logged in, your available dashboards will show up on left side of the screen. Just tap the dashboard name to open and start navigating your data.
