How do I use the Start Date and Target Completion Date?

When setting up a Project, you need to provide a Start Date and Target Completion Date. These are used as follows:

• Start Date: This can be today’s date or a date in the future. This date is when the initial Servus Request will be moved from the Pended to Requested state.  Once Requested, the Service Professional assigned to the Servus Request can Accept it before completing the work.
• Target Completion Date: This is the date that you hope to complete the Project. It will be useful, especially for reporting purposes.

Note: Once set during Project creation, the Start Date and Target Completion Date can not be modified.
