How do I best utilize the Servus Request archive feature?
We allow archival within the Servus Request workflow for many different reasons. Some other reasons include:
- Information in Servus Request is incorrect or it is a duplicate request
- Servus Request was denied by the Service Professional
- Servus Request recommendation was declined by the Property Manager
- Other party not responding to the Servus Request for some time
- Mutually decide to archive
