How do I best utilize the Servus Request archive feature?

We allow archival within the Servus Request workflow for many different reasons. Some other reasons include:

  • Information in Servus Request is incorrect or it is a duplicate request
  • Servus Request was denied by the Service Professional
  • Servus Request recommendation was declined by the Property Manager
  • Other party not responding to the Servus Request for some time
  • Mutually decide to archive
