How do I create a Servus Request?

It’s easy to create a new Servus Request by selecting the round ‘+’ button on the Requests list view.  Just fill out the required fields marked with an asterisk ‘*’ and decide if you want to Draft (saving it for later) or Request (send it to the Service Professional that you selected).
