What is the purpose of the Target Date on the Servus Request?

The target date is an important aspect of the Servus Request ticket, as it places a “target” on the expected completion date of the Servus Request.

This target date is then used by the Property Manager to determine what activities could be happening on their property on a given day, or when to follow up to see how a Service Professional is trending compared to the date that they targeted.
