What is the Servus Request reroute feature?

The reroute feature allows a Property Manager to move the primary responsibility of a Servus Request from one Service Professional to another, as long as they are connected to the Property that the Servus Request was created on

This is useful for several reasons:

  • balance the workload among staff
  • move work to a new Service Professional
  • get jobs done faster or for less money (or both)

The reroute feature is currently available to Property Manager on the web portal and the iOS app as well.
