Servus Request tickets can be initiated by either a Property Manager or a Service Professional.
The traditional “Servus Request” workflow begins with a Property Manager, requesting work to be done on one of their properties from a Servus Professional.
ServusConnect has gone the extra mile to allow a Service Professional to make “Servus Recommendations” to Property Managers, in the form of Servus Requests.
