Resetting Your Password

Got locked out? Forgot your password? You can issue a reset via Email or SMS/Text – see below for details and choose the best method for you!

Option 1: Via Email

Step 1: In order to reset your password, click on the “forgot password” link provided on the user login screen located the ServusConnect main login page or on the bottom of the login screen on the native app.

Step 2: Once at the password reset page, input the email address associated with your account and press the “Send Instructions” button.

***If the email entered is not registered in the system, then the page will return a “Not Found” error. Try again just to make sure you didn’t mis-type your email. If you get the same error, please send an email to support@servusconnect.com.

Step 3: Go to your email and locate an email from ServusConnect with the subject, Reset password instructions; open it. (If you don’t see it yet, give it a couple of minutes; also check your spam folder.)

Click on “Change my password”

Step 4: Enter your new password, then confirm it in the second field.

***Note on password schema: your new password must be at least 8 characters in length. Although there are no other requirements, it’s always a good security practice to use a mix of upper/lower-case letters, numbers and special characters.

Click on “Change my password” The system will automatically take you to the screen to log into ServusConnect.

***Note on ServusConnect App Users: Open the app back up and use your new login credentials.

Please remember your password. If you write it down, please keep it in a safe place.

Option 2: Via SMS/Text Messaging

Step 1: If your mobile phone number is associated with your user account in ServusConnect, you can now obtain your ServusConnect login information and reset your password using this method.

Just text “servus” to +1-855-445-1899 

-or-

Scan this QR code with your phone’s camera and it will automatically detect the information and draft the text message – all you need to do is hit send.

Once you receive a confirmation of your account credentials and click the link to reset your password, you can skip to Step 4!

Step 2: The system will automatically respond with an SMS message to your device with validation of your username and a link to reset your password. Tap on the link.

Step 3: A new page will open in your browser. Enter your new password, then confirm it in the second field.
